A collection of callback orders.

An entity is hosted by a script component Callback Order, and is further managed by a custom application, product microservices, or external systems via the API.

Available to users in the API with a filter on the 'boxPhoneNumber' field via Callback orders.

Storage Type: history.

The number of the caller who left the order.

dateTime

Time of order creation, in UTC.

status

Order status

  • new - is assigned at the time of placement.

  • viewed - is assigned at the time of viewing. The user application is responsible for the change.

  • done - is assigned at runtime. The user application is responsible for the change.
