Specification	Description
Name: `login` Type: `varchar` Blank value: —	Login sipuser.
Name: `reason` Type: `varchar` Blank value: —	Reason for deleting registration: 'expired_contact' - registration time expired, renewal failed. 'unregister_contact' - registration request received (Expires: 0). 'delete_contact' - registration deletion command (for example, deleting a device from an account without registration, or deleting an inactive registration due to lack of free licenses). 'delete_aor' - command to delete all subscriber registrations (e.g. account deleted).
Name: `device_id` Type: `varchar` Empty value: —	Device ID. Built dynamically based on contact address, NAT address, ports, and account login.
Name: `call_id` Type: `varchar` Empty value: —	Call-ID from the registration packet.
Name: `contact_address` Type: `varchar` Empty value: —	IP address of the contact (Contact field from the registration packet). For unregistered devices - the device address specified in the settings.
Name: `contact_port` Type: `integer` Empty value: —	Contact port (Contact field from the registration package). For unregistered devices - the device port specified in the settings.
Name: `peer_address` Type: `varchar` Empty value: —	IP address of the sending host of the registration packet. Different from contact_address in case the subscriber device is connected due to the NAT. For unregistered devices, it is an empty value.
Name: `peer_port` Type: `integer` Empty value: —	Contact port (Contact field from the registration package). Used when the subscriber device is connected due to a NAT. For unregistered devices, it is an empty value.
